Ability to pre create and save numbered tables per job in job templates

We use quite a few tables for reporting in our forms. on large sites this requires numbering the table each time by the technician on site. The ability to pre create these tables with the station numbers or data required in the form builder templates so that technicians only have to change required information. This would be a huge time saver!

    You may find that Default Answers can help achieve this workflow. In the Form Builder, you can pre-populate fields or table entries with default values, such as station numbers or other standard data that you expect technicians to work with.

    This means that when the technician opens the form on site, the table can already contain the predefined station numbers or required baseline data, and they only need to update or modify the fields that change, rather than entering everything from scratch.

    Using Default Answers can be a helpful way to save time in the field and ensure consistency across larger sites with multiple stations or repeated data points.
