Viewing multiple Technicians in Scheduler

Feature Request

I do all of my booking in on the web portal and most of the time I am in the Monthly view, it would be great if we could separate multiple technicians in this view somehow without having to change user groups etc or have multiple screens open.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We can see how being able to view multiple technicians more clearly in the Monthly Scheduler view could be helpful when planning bookings.

    To better understand the request, it would be great to know how you imagine this working in practice. For example:

    • Would you like separate columns or sections for each technician within the monthly view?

    • Should there be a way to select multiple technicians to display at once?

    • Would you expect the jobs to be colour-coded or labelled by technician to make them easier to identify?

    Any additional details or examples of how you would like this displayed will help us better understand the workflow and assess how it could work within the Scheduler.

      I think seperate columns would work well, maybe labelled with name above at the top of the column.

      You can already select multiple techs in the filters part of the system.

      Not sure if colour coding would work as the job type etc all have different colours already.

      I think just having them in columns on the same day within the month view would work, at the moment we have multiple pages open to view the individual techs.

        Thanks, here is the new monthly view, as you can see the assignee has their profile image visible to identify who is doing the job and if there are multiple assignees you can see the multiple people icon;

          It would be better if the user was in their own column on the day, not just having their own profile picture.
