View only access to schedule
I don’t see a way to do this. Our salespeople check our current calendar regularly. A way to share a link to access the calendar in a read only fashion would be great. The ability to click on a job and see the details (what tech is assigned, purpose of visit, maybe even see the map of their location).

A possible option that may help here is using calendar integration to sync jobs from the Formitize scheduler to an external calendar (such as Google Calendar or Outlook). This allows users to view scheduled jobs in a calendar format without needing full access to the Formitize system.
Your sales team could then subscribe to or view that shared calendar to see upcoming bookings, including key scheduling information, without requiring direct access to the scheduler.
This can be a helpful way to provide visibility of scheduled work in a read-only format while keeping access to the Formitize platform controlled.
