Support for Webhooks and API to Submit Any Form

Currently we know that Formitize supports Zappier as a way to integrate certain functions, although this is a great start, it's limited to job related functions, among few others. We work with forms we have specifically developed to suit our business functions, we use forms as a Helpdesk ticketing system. These forms do not create jobs so for us, so the Zappier integration is not available.

What we would like to see is a way to integrate with Webhooks and APIs from other systems, so these can perform forms related functions, for example:

We would like our monitoring system to be able to submit a form automatically when an alarm is raised on any of the devices we monitor, this could be for example a website that has gone off-line, if that would happen the monitoring system should have the ability to use a webhook into Formitize and submit a form which will result in a ticket being submitted in our ticket queue for our staff to immediately address it.

We already had our own developers have a look at the webhook and API manual you provide and that's how we found out the limitations for the current integration ability of Formitize.

We believe this type of enhancement will only improve the scalability of your system and serve purpose to many other industries and many clients you may already have as it will give them the opportunity to connect current platforms they already use into Formitize and may also decrease the amount of development requests you currently get.
