Send Invoice with Job Confirmation

We want to be able to attach an invoice to the job confirmation as soon as the client contacts us to book in. THis is currently not available through the confirmation email page. (CTRL + Space and it doesn’t bring up that option).

    You can achieve this by using JobLink. JobLink allows you to send a single link to the customer that contains all documents related to the job, including invoices, quotes, reports, and other attachments.

    By including the JobLink in your job confirmation email, the client can access the invoice directly from the link along with any other job documents that are available.

    This can be a convenient way to provide the invoice at the time of confirmation without needing to attach it separately to the email.
