Export of User Resources (Training, Qualifications, Uploads and Notes)

How Should It Work:

1. Introduce an "Export User Resources" option within the platform.

2. Allow users to select specific user records they wish to export, such as Qualifications, Training, Uploads, and Notes.

4. Once selected, users can initiate the export process, and the system will generate a CSV file containing the chosen data fields.
