Employee Availability

Feature Request

It would be fantastic if we could enter the days and times that each employee is available on the schedule so there would be a visual reminder not to schedule them when they aren’t available to work. Previously, we had been putting in a new ‘job’ for the entire day coded as ‘unavailable’ but with the role out of the google calendar integration we’ve had to move away from that as it is not functional for the employee when that integration is used.

    If this function is going to roll out, it would be great if we could set the scheduler to show only ‘available’ employees for the day to minimize the fields on screen and ensure we don’t accidentally book an appointment with an employee who is unavailable that day.
