Ability to customise PDF report Cover Page

Addition of further options when updating the cover page on a standard F1 Minimal PDF.

Currently on the 'PDF Settings tab" => Template tab there is an option for 'Basic' 'Wavy' or ' 3D-V' which applies a certain cover page layout (with variables) to the PDF.

Including the ability for a user to use their own cover page image, which is then automatically formatted to the first full page of the report, would be beneficial in extending the current capabilities.
