2-Way SMS, COMMS | Client Acknowledgment of Jobs and Flexible Contact Sorting

Considerations for Implementation:

1. Client Job Acknowledgment:

   • Send job details to clients with an acknowledgment option.

   • Clients confirm job details via a reply, acknowledging receipt and understanding.

   • Record the acknowledgment to prevent disputes.

2. Flexible Contact Sorting:

   • Add an option to sort contacts by the date they were added.

   • Provide a toggle to switch between alphabetical and last added view.

Original Request:

Id like to be able to send a client the job/appointment details as we currently can. But have the client acknowledge the job so they can't say they didn't know it was at 09 am or they didn't know payment was due immediately, etc. I know we can send quotes to be accepted but I’d like jobs to be accepted by clients. Also, can we have it so contacts can be listed in the last added view if I wish as opposed to alphabetical? Cheers.
