Billing Details

Feature Request

We need a Billing email option for all invoices, and a communication email for any confirmations or booking details.

This is becoming a constant issue with the commercial clients or real estate, who have a separate finance department.

    Thanks for the suggestion, we understand this can be a common requirement when working with commercial clients or real estate agencies, where the person organising the job is different from the person handling accounts.

    A way to manage this in Formitize is by using contacts on the job. You can assign the contact who should receive job communications (such as confirmations, scheduling updates, or job details) to the job itself, while the billing contact or email associated with the client receives the invoice.

    This helps separate operational communication from billing communication, ensuring the correct people receive the relevant information.
