Address Workflow Module Functionality and Visibility Issues

Summary: This feature request aims to address functionality and visibility issues within the Workflow module, particularly concerning the "Assigned To" column and notification settings.

Suggested Enhancements:

1. Assigned To Column:

   • Current Issue: There is no way to populate the "Assigned To" column via form submission or post-creation editing.

   • Proposed Solution: Enable functionality to assign users to workflows either during form submission or through subsequent edits.

2. Dashboard Reminders:

   • Current Issue: It's unclear where dashboard reminders are being displayed or who they are shown to. There is also ambiguity around what constitutes a dashboard reminder.

   • Proposed Solution: Clarify the term "Dashboard Reminder" and ensure reminders are directed to specific users. A suggestion is to rename it to "Create Task" and integrate it with the task module, which has a notification badge.

3. Phone Notifications:

   • Current Issue: Without a way to assign a user, phone notifications currently do not function as intended.

   • Proposed Solution: Ensure that users can be assigned appropriately so that phone notifications are directed to the intended recipient.
