JOBS | Job Tags for Additional Services

Summary:

Propose the addition of tags to jobs for representing different services that have been requested by a customer.

Intended Outcome:

Simplify the process to show additional services that have been requested for an existing job without creating or selecting a different job type template.

How Will It Work:

• A “General” job type template can be utilised, with standard forms, and communication to the customer. E.g. Residential Pest Management

• To customise this job type further for different services within a job, a tag can be selected for the specific service. E.g. the pests being serviced may include Spiders, Cockroaches & Flys. This tagging function could be similar to the contact type tags that can be applied within the CRM.
